We accept PayPal along with credit and debit cards.
If your payment is not received, I reserve the right to not ship the item.
We do not accept order cancellations. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order.
All items are shipped through Priority mail with USPS and you will be provided with the tracking number via email. Already made items will be shipped in 1 week (usually 2 business days). Please allow all made to order items 1-3 weeks to be made & shipped. See each listing for more shipping details.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
You have the right to return your purchase up to 14 days from the date it was delivered. You will receive a full refund for your item as long as it does not fit in the below categories.
The following items can not be returned or exchanged:
- Any and all customized orders
- Opened or un-bagged TUG + PULLS (for health and hygiene purposes)
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be held responsible for any value lost.
We are not held responsible for items that have been tempered with, damaged, or broken.
What happens if an item is sold out?
Our designs are all handmade and/or made to order. Contact us to see if we are able to make another similar product just for you. We restock supplies on demand.
Do you do custom designs?
Yes! We absolutely do. Please contact us about how to create your custom design.
