SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Information Per Product

We do our best to have your goods shipped in the same week of which they were bought. However, please allow 1-2 weeks for your good(s) to be shipped. Our shipping days are Tuesday & Thursday. Once your goodies are shipped, you will get your tracking number and be able to stalk your shipment. 

All orders are shipped First Class with USPS. Once shipped, you can expect your package within 2 -10 days.

 

We are now shipping to Canada as well using USPS with their First Class & Priority  Mail Envelopes.

Your prices are calculated based off your order and location at your checkout. 
 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery to return or exchange your product.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

You will receive a full refund for your item as long as it does not fit in the below categories. 

 

Please ship back item(s) you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. We don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be held responsible for any value lost.

 

No Questions Asked Policy

If your jewelry breaks for any reason within the first 14 days of having your item please message us on Instagram with a photo of your broken jewelry. We will most likely have you send it back for us to fix.

After the 14 days mark we will no longer fix issues with your jewelry.

We don't mean to sounds cross but we can not be held responsible for how you wear and treat your jewelry. xx Remember to review our care information highlight on Instagram for the best tips and tricks for caring and wearing your jewelry to help it last as long as possible. ***Jewelry turning because of wear in water happens and we can not replace pieces that turn due to wearing in water. ***
